Formed in 1998, B&L Financial, Inc. is organized to provide a wide variety of both leasing and financing services to both individuals and businesses located principally in the Upper Midwest; with transaction capability nationwide. 
B&L Financial provides products and services that include:

We commonly structure both single investor and syndicated lease and loan transactions; and, have the ability to structure, arrange, and place single transactions as small as $25,000 – to larger syndicated arrangements in excess of $50,000,000.  Whatever the request, we typically offer a solution. The foundation of our business is designed first and foremost to focus on personalized and responsive service – with each and every transaction pursued keeping our client’s needs and goals in mind as the primary objective.

RICHARD BALM

President

Founded B&L Financial, Inc. in September 1998 and has served as its President since its inception. Richard handles the vehicle and equipment leasing responsibilities for B&L Financial. Prior to founding B&L Financial, Inc., Mr. Balm was a Vice President at Lease Financial Group from 1995 to 1998, where he was responsible for originating vehicle and equipment lease transactions. From 1988 to 1995 Mr. Balm was a Vice President for PDS Financial Corporation and was responsible for the origination of transportation asset lease transactions for individuals and small fleet clients. Mr. Balm has experience in the transportation and equipment leasing industry since 1987.
