Our commercial real estate lending and project finance group focuses on the following four distinct areas:

Land development and infrastructure financing; commercial real estate construction and refinancing; and major equipment financings are all commonplace projects for B&L Financial. Since we were founded, B&L Financial has executed in excess of $100 million of commercial real estate and project finance related transactions; and, we actively seek additional opportunities that are presented by large-scale project development work that requires the assistance of a capable advisor.
B&L Financial typically leads its clients through the process of identifying qualified investors, and the negotiation of terms and conditions of financing arrangements; along, with assisting the highly-complicated due diligence, documentation, and closing phases. Executing transactions based on predetermined goals and timeline is our always our primary focus, as we strive to offer services that meet the cost and structural goals, as well as important tax and accounting requirements of our clients.
